Alan Utz & Associates, Inc. maintained an East Coast office in Maryland from 1987 through 2004 constructing numerous retail fuel stations including convenience stores, full service bay facilities and conversions for Exxon Company USA. AU&A was selected as one of the three preferred contractors in Exxon’s regional unit cost program.
Our attention to project safety is a direct result of our long term relationship with Exxon Company USA.
Upon the merger of Exxon and Mobil in October 1999 their construction program slowed substantially.
AU&A, Inc. constructed in excess of 150 projects for Exxon Company USA.
2006 brought a wide variety of construction to our operation. We completed two CVS Pharmacies, one in Olathe, KS. the other in Kansas City, MO. Our CVS opportunity was a direct result of our successful completion of numerous Eckerd facilities in Texas, Louisiana, Kansas and Missouri, prior to CVS’s acquisition of Eckerd in July of 2004.
